Dear friends, fans and everyone who supported F8,
Well, it was an interesting trip to say the least. Never have I been involved in something that had so much love, hate, passion, jealousy, comradeship, fun and work rolled into one. On one hand I'm glad it's over and on the other I truly believe F8 could have gone on to bigger and better things if it wasn't for all the crap. What makes it worse is most of it came from within the band.
But it's all in the past now, time to move forward. The last thing I have to say about the matter is in light of recent findings of which I was previously unaware and had absolutely nothing to do with. I apologize for any gross indiscretion or lewd behavior presented to you.
I am appalled. But again time to move forward. See you next time around.

With all the cookie-cutter bands popping up daily along comes one that stands out - F8 - an original. The solid vocals of lead singer LEIF GARRETT, backed by RYAN WRATH'S natural talent on the guitar and the skilled DARRELL 'D' ARNOLD on the bass completes this group on the rise and their seductive sounds will draw you into the emotions of each song and hold you captive.

The moment F8 hits the stage the energy, the heart, the genius swells and leaves no one unmoved with their honesty. They have a monster sound---Rock N Roll. F8 works as a solid unit. One force that creates together until the sound gets as good as it gets. They are equal players. Each feeling that it was fate that brought them all together. Each bringing an extensive successful musical background; but it is the immense talent of this band that will keep them on the charts.

DARRELL 'D' ARNOLD

Right on the mark, Arnold's playing is as colorful as the different shades of his hair. Up front on stage the deep resonant bass, he plays low across his hips, sends out the gut felt rhythms of this gifted musician. Arnold's musical background started at a very young age with the bass, 3 years piano and classical guitar and a year of Rock N Roll which brought him to his instrument of choice. He plays a driving straightforward bass. His talents include writing lyrics, but mainly composing music. He had a broad range of influence from Led Zeppelin to Black Sabbath, 70's funk with traces of his southern roots and blues. Arnold excited about the sound F8 has created says "We're playing what we feel and the way it's coming out is incredible to me. We play what we believe in, and won't compromise and won't lie. And this time our fate won't be in the hands of others, fateful, we will control our own destiny. Too many musicians worry about how they need to sound instead of how they want to sound. Not F8!"

RYAN WRATH

Born with music in his whole being, guitarist WRATH plays with great intensity, enthusiasm, passion, holding back no emotion as he sets his guitar ablaze. Starting at the age of 10 and before graduating from college WRATH had accomplished three musical tours, played in several bands and started teaching guitar. With a bachelors degree in classical guitar WRATH brings to F8 yet another dimension and added to the talents of Garrett, Billings and Arnold, there is no height that F8 can not reach with their music. "We inspire each other," says WRATH.

JOHNNY R

From the moment he sat, dwarfed at age 6, behind a drum set JOHNNY R knew his destiny - to perform on stage. Self taught with a good ear, disciplined and skilled in the techniques of his craft, constantly creating new riffs, and aspiring to reach the level of excellence of his idol John Bonham - that's JOHNNY R on the drums. Grounded, this touchy, feely kind of guy takes nothing for granted today, knowing the pain of yesterday can become today again. Not bound by the inflexibility of the written notes, with the control of the conductor's hand, this tactile, soft spoken man with surfer looks, sends all his energy through his sticks and his drums respond to the gamut of his emotions. Always learning, always reaching for new levels, straight ahead playing, solid, in the groove, creative and technical throughout are all the words other professionals say of his playing; but to JOHNNY R "that's my job and my job is to bring the song to life."

LEIF GARRETT

A safe walk through life holds no appeal for Garrett who was in a rush to be born at 8 months on the 8th day, an acting career at 5 and a singing career at 13. Establishing his own destiny when he, at 8 first stepped upon a stage and declared that that was where he wanted to be. His musical influence was the Beatles, early Elton John and Led Zeppelin and his admiration of Zeppelin has never waned. When Garrett sings it's with passion born of years of living on the edge. When you listen to the lyrics, written by charismatic Garrett, as he sings out his emotions you feel the depth and range of his life. Exposing his loves, his joys, his sorrows, his turbulent years. His very soul. Garrett's latest works, utilizing both his talents, just completed starring in two musical theatre productions. Gold and platinum records, his own TV special, Cowboy Hall of Fame, and numerous talent awards attest to his talents.
